HARMAN GILLBachelor of Business Administration - Schulich School of Business
Turning 18 years old is a very exciting time in the life of a young man, as he finally becomes an adult. However, for Harman, turning 18 meant that he would be able to pursue a dream career in a field that has excited him since a very young age.
At 18, Harman enrolled into the Salesperson Registration Program at the OREA College. Studying full-time as a BBA student at the Schulich School of Business while simultaneously completing his Real Estate exams, Harman Gill finally became a Realtor at the young age of 19 years. Over the past three years, Harman has sold many residential, commercial and investment properties, especially in Niagara Falls. Harman continues to complete his BBA degree specializing in Finance while taking courses that enhance his understanding of the Real Estate world. Specifically, Harman has taken the following Schulich Business courses: Real Estate Development and Real Estate Finance. |

PUNEET GILLBachelor of Science, Hons. Biology - York University
Master of Management - Schulich School of Business Puneet Gill is a trained sales professional that has a strong interest in Real Estate. She has been involved in the profession of Real Estate since the age of 17. Although she didn't get a formal education from OREA until she turned 23, she has been screening through tenants, writing leases for her father's investment properties, and managing properties. Before she knew what a property manager even was, she became one!
In July 2019, Puneet obtained her Real Estate License from OREA and chose to focus on selling income-generating cash flow positive properties for her investor clients in Niagara Falls. She also helped her GTA clients find their dream homes in Brampton and Caledon. Academically, Puneet has been blessed to study Master of Business Management at the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. She excels in managing growing businesses by using appropriate marketing strategies and management techniques taught at one of the best Business Schools in Canada. |
